There are multiple different methods used to clean a carpet, with the most popular being hot water extraction. This is what we use and usually recommend.
Hot water extraction works by spraying pressurised hot water into the carpet fibres, dislodging dirt and grime. This is then immediately recovered by vacuum to a waste tank in our machine.
Hot water extraction is only part of the process however, we also use a combination of scrubbing machines and advanced chemistry to get your carpets back to like new!
